Box fit

Box Fit consists of circuits, pad drills & partner work. Box fit is for women only, at any age. You do not have to have any experience or be at any extreme level of fitness you can enter as a complete beginner.
This is fantastic way to ease you back in to exercise or can work with you as a fantastic calorie burner. You will gain endurance, stamina & strength. Which can accompany weight loss.
 

Boxing

Boxing consists of circuits, pad drills, partner work & live drills. Boxing is for adults & children from
5yrs and up. You do not have to have any experience or be at any extreme level of fitness you can enter as a complete beginner.
You will gain endurance, stamina, balance, coordination, strength and confidence.
Boxing is a fantastic self defence discipline.

Kick boxing

Kick boxing consists of circuits, pad drills, partner work & live drills. Kick boxing is for adults & children from 5yrs and up. You do not have to have any experience or be at any extreme level of fitness you can enter as a complete beginner. You will gain endurance, stamina, balance, coordination, strength and confidence. Kick boxing is a fantastic self defence discipline.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai consists of circuits, pad drills, partner work & live drills. Muay Thai is for adults & children from 5yrs and up. You do not have to have any experience or be at any extreme level of fitness you can enter as a complete beginner. Muay Thai is the art of using 8 limbs.
You will gain endurance, stamina, balance, coordination, strength and confidence.
Muay Thai is a fantastic self defence discipline.
